§ AI and your data

Model access is your choice.

You pick the model provider, and you pick whose account it runs through. Bring your own API keys and the agents call the provider under your own contract: we don't resell model access, and your prompts never touch a LogSeam account. Or, on LogSeam Managed, let us hold the provider account and pass the bill through at cost.

With your own keys, the provider's terms with you govern retention and training, not ours with them, and you can change or revoke provider access without involving us. Either way AI is pass-through on our pricing page rather than a line item we mark up.

We don't redact what an agent sends: it passes the context it needs to do the work. We do cache model context and responses, so repeated work doesn't re-send the same material, or re-pay for it.

Bringing your own keys is available in all three deployments: LogSeam Managed, Your Cloud, and On-Premises. Only LogSeam Managed offers the alternative of us holding the account for you. For work that must not leave your environment at all, LogSeam supports self-hosted models on request.
